Wordless Wednesday: Blooming This Past Weekend

Tamarack (Larix laricina, or the American larch)
Also called hackmatack trees by the Abenaki

Wild Strawberry (Fragaria virginiana)
Native, produces small sweet berries

Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara)
European import, one of the first spring flowers

    I'm in Connecticut where we are just a little ahead of you. I love Vermont it's so beautiful, each season has it's beauty up there. Happy WW!
