First Snow

It's been snowing for three days but the accumulation is very light. We have more, of course, than the village down below. The sun came out late this afternoon so that the trees above me shimmered with white. Someday I will get a decent photo of the cliffs. High temperature today: 28°F (-2.2°C).

  5. What a beautiful photo. No snow here yet but some very hard frosts and it's getting very chilly. Stay warm :o)

  6. Wow, what a serene photo. I haven't experienced snow yet. Seriously.

I have read your comment in one of the Photo Hunt participants (Tammie, I think) saying you have an overcrowded school with 165 children? Here in the Philippines, public schools have as much as 60 in a class. Yes, 60. I don't teach in a public school but I am saddened with this.

165? Now, I may want to teach where you are, Andree! :D
