Every winter, I would put Cat TV on the computer for Oliver to watch the things he loved: mice and birds in the trees. He would sit next to me in the shadows and watch and talk to the computer screen.
He also enjoyed watching Chopped at bedtime.

Sometimes Precious pays attention to nature shows I watch on TV when she is on my legs (fur hours at a time in the eve) but I've not really had a cat interested in watching any screen. I find it fun to see the humans who say their cats do this and they even have special programs ready to show.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't tried to interest our kitties in screens, but they love the windows.
ReplyDeleteSo cute.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! Thanks for the tip. Sometimes I play birdsong for my kitty
ReplyDeleteHumans and animals, we are all mesmerized by the screens it seems. Oliver was a much-loved pet, sorely missed yet his presence still feels near in the shadows.
ReplyDeleteThat first pic is a freeking fantastic! In less that optimal lightning you´ve nailed it. Kudos! 👍👍
ReplyDeleteMy ex-girlfriend´s cat used to watch National Geograpic with us. And he was birdwatching outta window all the time. He especially liked birds and talked to them. Meow!
You are obviously a very smart kitty, Oliver!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the information on the gall. We walk by it every day and wonder if it's safe! Our magnolia always blooms twice but the first time (without all the leaves) is much prettier.
That’s adorable!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful portrait of your sweet kitty ~ Xo
