Amy takes her dogs to Dog Mountain in St. Johnsbury. This is a free, 300 acre dog park created by artist Stephen Huneck. There is the mountain, fields, forest, ponds, a dog chapel and a store that sells Huneck's art.
Sophie saw me while she was drinking in the pond and immediately began to swim to me. The further she swam, the more horrified she looked. But she made it safely to me and drenched me in water when she shook off. Sophie is the baddest dog, yet my favorite. She is so full of life and love.

Boy we sure don't have dog park like that here.
ReplyDeleteOn your post below a cow have 4 stomachs
We can't get our dog Sasha to play in water lol. She just doesn't like it for some reason. It's neat seeing your dog play in it though.
ReplyDeleteThat park looks amazing. I can't wait, soon we'll be living only 2 1/2 hours away! Hmmm maybe I should consider moving a little further north.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like so much fun for the dog!!
ReplyDeleteDogs sure do like the water. We spent the whole summer trying to get out puppy to come in our pool and she wouldn't...then one day she managed to get over to the pool when we weren't looking and jumped right in. Crazy dog!
ReplyDeletePuddin and I are so jealous! When she was young we lived on a farm with a pond and she swam every day. Now all she has is a kiddie wading pool in the back yard.
