Enlarging it, forget that idea! I think it must be an effigy of a groom in the wedding. For getting married his head has become a snail in thinking. He has tails and a spiffy shirt and vest . . . ok that's the best i can do. Maybe the girl's father strung him up?
I do not know, but it makes me feel a little bit scairt inside. What is wrong with his head?

Not a clue! I recently photographed a hanging toy attached to a "school zone" sign. I had similar thoughts about what it meant.
