When I was working putting in running tracks in the town of Beulah near Lake Michigan, wild turkeys had almost infested the place, especially any of the outlying properties (Beulah is a small village). These birds look bigger than those were. It is amazing that these normally very wary wild birds know where they can appear and stalk around unmolested like this.
