This is the village of Morgan looking towards the east. Morgan Church is on the left, the store and post office — where I frequently get my breakfast — is in the middle, and the ambulance corps (for the eastern part of the county) is on the right. My school is so close that we often take walks to the store with the kids for some air and movement.
Seymour Lake is between the store and the mountains. The clouds came in yesterday and blew out the heat with rain and wind. It never got to 60°F (15.5°C) today. Tomorrow will be perfect weather.
It looks like a nice little burg.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty little village. I am so looking forward to days that just get to 60.
ReplyDeleteNo doubt your Fall weather is coming. Just read an article by The Nature Conservancy that the sugar maples are getting too much heat with climate change to turn the beautiful red they used to all the time.
ReplyDeleteThis village looks so quaint. Painterly sky.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a beautiful village. Your cool weather sounds wonderful. We are sweltering in S CA!
ReplyDeleteThat is an amazing sky you captured - love the layers of clouds
ReplyDeleteYou live in a beautiful place. Stunning sky shot. Great to have everything so close by. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI've always been fascinated by Vermont. If I ever travel to US, would love to visit Vermont and the mountains there. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd your furry kids are gorgeous. <3
Have a lovely weekend!
