Yes, it has been and it's frustrating for a person like me. I have re-checked iNat for updates on this observation and it actually was changed. I am updating this post. The checked edge of the hindwing makes it, probably, a Northern Azure (Celastrina lucia). But it's not yet confirmed, so I'll stick with the complex.
I've never seen one of those, it's so pretty!
