Great shots! I just love old architecture, nothing new compares. There was a Catholic church in Los Angeles I used to go to that looked similar to this one but we lost it to a fire. This pictures brought back memories.
you take such interesting pictures - even though the steps are implied in these, the perspective and subject of the photos captures more than any literal photo of steps could. excellent!

These are great, inspiring. A very interesting take on the theme, which has certainly been a Rorschach test this week.
I enjoyed seeing the Vermont skies too. I used to go up often, to ski and even lived there one winter when I had determined I'd become the oldest member of the Ski Patrol, but it's been too long. PS It rained all that winter so I had to go to Colorado to ski!
In response to your comment on my guestbook Re: our "steps..." YESSSS!! Been remodelling for 14 years (the end may be in sight,) Disorder, yes. I'm hoping for the grand room revealing on or around Sept. 11th, Kelly's 6th birthday.
