About Sox, I'm not sure if he was named for the Bosox or the Chisox because his companion/brother is named Cubby. All our guys came prenamed and I often wondered what the owners were thinking when they chose the names.
What an intricate pattern. Our butterflies are just emerging, so we haven't seen many yet. I love the shots you are getting. You must be getting the hang of your new camera :) (I'm just a little green with envy)
