This was the first time I ever used a pressure cooker. I was thrilled with the results! The carrots were sweeter than I have ever tasted. The pot roast was not dry. Only ninety minutes were needed for the perfect pot roast. I have been having lots of fun cooking and baking the past few months. I guess I have great motivation and appreciation now._/\_/\_
My mother had a pressure cooker and used it all the time. I've never had one--I'm not sure what happened to hers.
