Wingnut's last swimming lesson was Friday. It was a very stormy day but somehow the storms held off from 12:30 PM to 2 PM. (See future posts about the storm damage in Barton and Sheffield.) Wingnut proudly demonstrated his standing dive for the camera on the raft.

Aaah, learning to swim in the lake...what memories that brings back.
ReplyDeleteGlad Wingnut is learning to swim though, I think it's very important, especially as so many houses have pools in the backyards. Even so, there are too many instances of kids drowning in dams or pools. So sad.
I never learned to dive, so I especially admire Wingnut! Too many bellyflops, I guess.
