Anna's Trips to Vermont and Bermuda

Anna (my oldest) and Aaron came to visit me in Vermont last January. They went to Bermuda in May. I got the photos last week. I have permission from Aaron (who is a professional photographer) to post these photos and share them. I skitched a shot of Anna to show you how good these photos are. Please go visit and view the photos. By the way: they will be here again this weekend for Andrew's birthday party at Amy's house on Sunday. Gee, I got them all into one sentence! Danielle and Wingnut will hopefully also be there!

  2. What an attractive young woman your daughter is, Meeyauw. Aaron's photos are fabulous...I would so love to be able to take photos well...sigh.

I hope you have the most wonderful day with all your family and that Danielle and Wingnut will be there, too.

  3. She is a beautiful lady.

Thank you for visiting my bird blog and for your comments about the Barred Plymouth Rock chicken.

I think you will like the idea of keeping chickens. We raised them when I was a child. For the eggs and for their meat. We kept them as long as they were laying and when they were laid out and too old to lay anymore, mother would kill them and we dressed them (cleaned them inside and out) and she fried them in lard or grease until they were coated in a crispy golden brown. And just that made my mouth water.

    Thanks again.

  6. She is absolutely gorgeous! I wanted you to know that I included you in a little name meme that was sent my way a couple of weeks ago. If you are interested, come take a look. I told you that I don't do memes, but this one I couldn't ignore because it involved a gift, of sorts. I hope you will come see.
