Somerset Bob has awarded me the Thinking Blogger Award and I am very flattered. He has taught me a lot about
Google Earth and he also made my dugg button on the left sidebar. This is a bit different than the other awards. I am passing this award on to five bloggers that have made me think differently. They may choose not to participate, and that's fine. I would like to introduce you to five bloggers that you may not yet know but should read:
#!/usr/bin/geek (Observations from a Vermont Photographer and for fun code geek) is a Vermont Macintosh technical blogger that gives me points of view I normally dodge about Apple Computer and Macs. He's good, he's a professional photographer, and he's in Burlington. He also has no idea that I read him all the time (please post more often!)
Karen at A Strange Life who, unbelievably, has had many similar experiences in life and reactions to life as I have had. I am not alone! She is a witty, irreverent observer of herself. I wish she, also, would post more often.
catsynth.com who writes about cats, music, synthesizers, art, and opinion. He attended Yale (in Connecticut, where I lived all my life before my great escape), is about the age of my kids, has a gorgeous cat and knows
Euler's Identity. He has eclectic interests and I enjoy eclecticism.
self taught artist in Vermont. Fascinating art and photography, poignant opinion. Another young blogger that I follow how ever often she posts (more, please).
Drew at BenSpark because of so many reasons. His upcoming fatherhood is exciting to watch. He has taught me a lot about blogging and photography. He's just a really nice guy.
Should any of you choose to participate, please make sure you pass this list of rules to the blogs you are tagging. The participation rules are simple:
1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think.
2. Link to
this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme.
3. Optional: Proudly display the ‘Thinking Blogger Award’ with a link to the post that you wrote (here is an alternative
gold version if silver doesn’t fit your blog).
