We took a class field trip to Butterworks Farm in Westfield, Vermont. Butterworks is a major producer and supplier of organic yogurt in Vermont. Our visit was unique. Anne Lazor gave us a Butterworks Farm Corn Bread Recipe and a map of the farm. Our task was to find the natural ingredients for the corn bread on the farm in a scavenger hunt. Anne accompanied us and educated us along the way, creating a very special day.
